    How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

    If the item is on hand and ordered from 9am-6pm, same day delivery is possible via Lalamove if you are within Metro Manila. Please note that the warehouse is in Quezon City and distance is a major factor in the computation of delivery charges.

    Lalamove delivery fees will be paid upon package arrival.

    LBC deliveries usually arrive overnight if you are from NCR, North and South Luzon and if order is placed before 12 noon, Mondays thru Fridays. After 12 noon, it will take about 2 days from order placement.

    LBC does not deliver on Sundays and holidays.

    For Visayas, Mindanao and Islanders, packages may arrive at least 2 days after order placement and at least 3 days if purchased after 12 noon.

    When items are not on hand and need to be ordered for you, we will notify you as to when your package will arrive.

    How much is the delivery charge for LBC?

    NCR – Php 170.00
    North and South Luzon – Php 195.00
    Visayas and Mindanao – Php 205.00
    Islander – Php 215.00

    Why are some prices marked Php 0.00?

    These items are by order only. We do not want you paying for items which may be out of stock. We will send you a notification if the item is available for order and then you can proceed to payment.

    Bella Pelle Skin Solutions is a source of dermatological products we can only usually get from doctors in the Philippines. What if I am interested in a product that is not in the list?

    As long as it is distributed in the Philippines, we have access to all dermatological products as we also run a dermatological clinic. Send us a message in the Contact Page and we will get back to you.

    What is the Return / Exchange Policy?

    There is strictly a No Return, No Exchange policy unless the product arrived damaged, defective or the wrong item was delivered to you. If this is so, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. If you are not sure about a product before purchasing, you can always message us for a short consult or to ask for recommendations. Please email us at info@bellapellph.com.

    People have different reactions to different formulations. Some products may work wonderfully for some but cause irritations for others. Purchasing beauty products is really a trial and error method. Rest assured that all our products are of the highest quality and are all clinically tested to produce positive results.

    We will refund your payment if an item has been paid but turned out to be unavailable.
