The New Bella Pelle Skin Solutions Center Is Now Open
Get access to premium skin care products plus derma services at our newly opened boutique skin care center.
When Michelle Reyes-Navarro first launched Bella Pelle as an Instagram shop in 2018, her original plan was simple: As a true skin care enthusiast and a dermatologist’s wife, she wanted to make premium beauty products accessible to many. Hence, she thought of launching an online platform where people from all over the Philippines can buy hard-to-find beauty products, most of which you can only buy at derma clinics.
Fast-forward to 2021 and not only has the brand evolved into a full-blown beauty e-commerce site, it also now boasts of its own brick-and-mortar boutique-slash-clinic right at the heart of Quezon City.
Here, Michelle shares what you can expect from her new baby, the Bella Pelle Skin Solutions center. (Spoiler: It’s more than just beauty shopping!)

Why did you decide to open up your own center?
I originally intended Bella Pelle to be an online shop offering virtual dermatological consultations for customers’ convenience, providing personal care online and with access to a board-certified PDS fellow: my husband, Dr. Maximin Navarro. When the COVID-19 pandemic happened, remote access became a necessity as much as a convenience.
But we can’t deny that face-to-face consultations are still more comprehensive. Plus, our loyal customers have long been asking us where they can go to shop or see us for procedures! So we decided to open our own center that features not just our extensive product line, but professional beauty services as well, particularly dermatologic and cosmetic procedures.

What services can customers expect at the center?
Since the boutique is the offspring of a derma product shop, our services feature the use of products more than machines. We have facials utilizing top brands such as Evenswiss, Fillmed, Neostrata, ZO Obagi and Mesoestetic. But we also offer Botox, Mesotherapy treatments, low-level light therapy (Healite), electrocautery, peels and treatment of diseases of the hair, skin, and nails among others.
What are the newest brands or products that skin care enthusiasts can find at the center?
Aside from the ones mentioned above, we have the usual favorites: Kamedis, Froika, Bosley, Heliocare, Footlogix, Aknicare, Biretix, Frezyderm, Infracyte, and many, many more. Clients can definitely expect more brands to be added to our roster. And if you don’t see it in our center or on the website, it doesn’t mean you can’t order it from us. As long as we have access to the products you need, you can have your products pre-ordered through us.
At Bella Pelle, you can shop a well-curated range of premium skin care and hair care essentials—the kind you won’t normally find at the drugstore.
Given our current situation, what measures have you put in place to ensure customer safety?
We use high-end, medical grade air purifiers with a multiple-stage filtration system, high-voltage plasma ion technology, and ultra HEPA disinfection filter—the kind that is used in hospitals. We also disinfect with UVC light after every patient visit, utilize disposable PPEs, require health declaration forms, and employ contact tracing. We also do regular COVID-19 testing for our staff.
